Woodruff continued with storm pipe and structure work on the new Marian between Michigan and Main. Structures 120, 120A, and 123, along with their connecting pipes, were placed. The connection between Str. 121 and 123 was made without any interference from the Burkhart billboard foundation.  Woodruff also placed insert valves to the water main on Main St. at Madison. 

Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew which poured the outside lane on the western side of the Bartlett roundabout from Sta. 18+25.00 to approximately Sta. 16+50.00. The sidewalk on the west side of Michigan north of the roundabout was also poured. Aggregate grading was completed around the west side of the Bartlett roundabout, and forms were set for the center lane of the roundabout on the west side.  

Pemberton Davis trenched and placed piping on the west side of the Bartlett roundabout and also placed piping for receptacles for Memorial Hospital. Pemberton Davis also conducted directional drilling for the 3" conduit needed for the repair of the MetroNet fiber optic line. 

Indiana Earth began grading on Marian and removed excess dirt from the Bartlett roundabout. Removals continued on the west side of Main St. under the railroad tracks at Bronson. No removal crews were working on St. Joseph and Main Street between Madison and Washington despite two or more lanes being closed on both roads. 

Robert Henry continued work on the AEP Manhole at the southeast corner of the intersection of Bartlett and Michigan. 

Nipsco continued work on the west side of Main St. south of Colfax. The line across Main St. has been completed. 

MCI was also working on Main St. between Washington and Jefferson running phone line.
