Reith Riley had a concrete crew working on the South East corner of MLK and Jefferson and infront of the centery center.

They had a 6 man brick crew working on MLK on the east side between Washington and Colfax.

They also had a 3 man prep crew cleaning up.

Pemberton Davis had a 7 man crew adjusting the man hole on the east side of MLK between Colfax and LaSalle, They then went to Bronson and Main and worked on push peds and Tesco. Then to Bronson and Michigan and worked on the tesco and push peds.

Airmarking was not on site due to the weather.

Reith Riley had a 5 man concrete crew working on the North west and South West corner of Western and Michigan.

Reith Riley had another 5 man concrete crew working on the North East corner of Jefferson and MLK.

Reith Riley had a 3 man prep crew working on the South East corner of MLK and Washington. They then moved on to cleaning up the MLK Area.

Reith Riley had a 5 man brick crew placing brick on MLK from Jefferson to LaSalle on the east side of the road.

Air marking was a no show.

Slussers had a 3 man crew planting trees on Main Street in various locations.

Pemberton Davis had a 7 man crew working on the South West corner of Colfax and Michigan placing a tesco foundation. They also placed DHs on Monroe and Western at Main Street.

The Weeks up Coming Events/Schedule
1.       Reith Riley In the up coming week plans on finishing concrete sidewalk and cycle track. They will continue to work on Brick pavers. They will have the asphalt crew on site to button up any work and pave the parking lot north of McDonalds. Slussers will be on site working on Landscape.

2.       Pemberton Davis will start cutting loops on Monday starting at Bronson and Main Street working north. They will close down the side streets as needed to cut the loops. Tanner will meet with Toy on Monday and develop a plan. The side streets should be closed for only a couple of hour’s hat a time. They will continue to work on Michigan street traffic signals.

Utility Relocation Issues:

1.       Power at Western and Michigan- Once Phil contacts AEP this work will get scheduled
2.       Power at Monroe and Michigan Once Phil contacts AEP this work will get scheduled

Stakeholder Questions: Memorial Hospital:

1.       Trees leaning need fixed on Bartlett
2.       Who is mowing the grass- The hospital will need to if they want it to be maintained properly.
3.       Water Valve in yard at Bartlett and Michigan needs adjusted so that it isn’t hit by the mower.
4.       Edging by dumpster needs addressed
5.       Dead trees at Bartlett and Main need repaired
6.       Sprinkler system will be turned on by Wisco and meters will have hospital locks on them


Action Items  
1.        Trash can locations: Locations of trash cans were determined this last week

2.        Cycle track Markings; have been ordered need a change order yet.

3.        Sign for Jefferson Street: the handicap parking sign needs installed ASAP.

4.        Guardrail Change order it appears the guardrail will be in next week and the work will start mid-May and be completed before the first of June.

5.        Thermo detection Change order: thermos detection delivery does not appear to be coming in before the 2nd week of June, and the change order is still unsigned.

6.        Pave drain: the City will have an internal meeting and this item is still not resolved

7.        Chase Tower is still under discussion

8. Walk Through – for the area North of LaSalle will be held Thursday May 11 at 1 pm

Reith Riley had a 7 man concrete crew working on pouring the sidewalk on the east side of Saint Joe between Wayne and Jefferson. they then left the job for a couple hours to pour curb by the county building on Jefferson and then returned and formed up at the entrance to the Century Center.

Reith Riley had a 6 man brick crew working on Saint Joe Street between LaSalle and Colfax on the east side of the street.

Indiana Earth had a 3 man crew working on cleaning up and cutting grade for the parking lot just North of McDonalds on Michigan.

Airmarking had a 3 man crew placing detail work between Wayne and Marion on Michigan and Main.

Airmarking had a 3 man crew doing layout and doing removals on Michigan at Sample

Airmarking had a 3 man crew placing the Share arrows and bike symbols between Ewing and Broadway on Michigan.

Airmarking had a 3 man crew placing the epoxy at the intersection of Saint Joe and Colfax.

Pemberton Davis had a 7 man crew work on the walk waits at Navarre and Michigan. They then went to Colfax and Main and worked on the walk Waits and pulled wire.

Reith Riley had a 8 man concrete crew working on pouring the ramps and curbs on the North east corner of Washington and MLK. once they finished that they moved to the south east corner of MLK and Washington and then to the North East corner of MLK and Jefferson.

Reith Riley had a 3 man brick crew working on the east side of MLK between Colfax and LaSalle pacing bike pavers. 

Pemberton Davis had a 7 man crew placing detector housings on Main Street and Western, Main Street and Jefferson and they also placed foundations for push peds at Wahington and MLK.

Pemberton Davis had a 3 man crew painting mastarms at Clofax and Main and Wahsington and Main.

AirMarking had a 3 man detail crew working on various locations threw out the job. 
They had a 3 man long line crew working in various locations.
They had a 3 man epoxy crew working in various locations.

Indiana Earth had a 3 man crew doing removals of foundations on MLK from Wayne to Washington. They also worked on grading out for brick in various locations.

Reith Riley had a 8 man concrete crew pouring the South West corner of Colfax and MLK. They then poured the North west corner of Monroe and MLK

Reith Riley had a 3 man prep crew show up around noon and work on the South east and South west corners of Western and MLK

Reith Riley had 6 men working on brick 3 cutting brick at the North West corner of Main and Wayne. The second crew worked on placing sand on various locations on Main Street.

Wisco had a 4 man crew working on MLK from Washington to Wayne on the east side of the road.

Airmarking had a 3 man crew working on the crosswalks on main street from Madison to Western.

Indiana Earth worked cleaning up the parking area north of McDonald's.

Pemberton Davis has a 7 man crew working on changing out the traffic controller at the intersection of Wayne and MLK. They also relocated the Mast arm in the North west corner and placed the 2 light poles on the south west and south east corners. They placed the walk waits at all four corners. They have a 2 man crew working on painting strain poles at Main and Colfax.

1.       Reith Riley-Plans on finishing the concrete work at the intersection of Navarre, Monroe, Wayne Street and Colfax on Saint Joe St. / Michigan. They also plan to do the concrete work in front of the Century Center in the coming week. Along with having, Indiana Earth come back in and work on the parking area by McDonalds and the topsoil areas on Saint Joe Street. Slussers will be in to work on Landscaping. They will also finish up Division A punch list in the next couple of weeks.

2.       Pemberton Davis Will be at Wayne and MLK Monday doing the controller cabinet. They will then work at Navarre and Michigan walk waits and push peds. Work at western and MLK, and Finish Colfax and MLK\

Utility Relocation Issues:

1.       Power at Western and Michigan – Should be Monday
2.       Power at Monroe and Michigan- no AEP Rep today
3.       Both Bronson Streets

1.       Manhole lid at Main and LaSalle – This will be done on April 29th and opened back up on April 30th.
2.       Wayne/Jefferson and Saint Joe/MLK South East Corner – that is the Trinity Towers vault and I will have Reith Riley lower the structure.
        
Metronet:  Had concrete get in a fiber man hole and will have to chip it out and back charge Reith Riley. Metro Net still has to get the WIFI hooked up at Colfax and MLK and that will then be completed.

INDOT: Questions:   

Stakeholder Questions: Memorial HospitalI had a list.
1) There is concrete slurry on the windows and aluminum panel on the North side of 100 Navarre Place bldg . that needs cleaned off.
2) When replacing dead trees we do not want any species that has thorns on them. The dead tree at the Hospital’s entrance near Bartlett St. had thorns in it .
3) Is it the Hospital’s responsibility to start mowing the grass along the South side of Bartlett, North/south side of Marion, etc. It is getting long? Scott will talk to Larry about #3 and 4
4) I think it is Wissco’s responsibility to start up the lawn irrigation system that is new that serves Memorial’s property is that correct? If so when will that be done?


Action Items
1.       Colfax and MLK steps.-Roger will look at this and let me know.

2.       Pave Drain low- we talk about it after next week’s meeting

3.       Majority Builders Sidewalk work- move forward as planed

4.       Chase tower. Reith Riley will price the wok to be done on an accelerated option to try to complete  by June 1 if they receive it by the first week of May.

5.       Landscape work – is starting up this week

6.       Trash can locations- Mike Divita will look into this

7.       Cycle track Markings- waiting on pricing from Airmarking should find out Monday.

8.       Sign for Marion Street- a new sign for Marion will need to be installed

9.       When will the Rail Road signs be installed? They are in and will be installed ASAP

10.    The Change orders for the Guardrail and thermos detection will need to address the delivery time with and additional two weeks for installation’s

Reith Riley had a 9 man concrete crew working on the North West and South West corner of Saint Joe and Wayne Street. They then moved to Navarre and Michigan and started forming they got rained out at 2 pm.

Reith Riley had a 3 man prep crew working on the South East corner of Saint Joe and Jefferson Street. prepping for Sidewalk. They then left the job site at around 10:00 am

Reith Riley had a 6 man brick crew working on the South East corner of Main and Washington in front of the TCU building. 

Wisco had a 4 man crew working on the east side of Saint Joe Street between Wayne and Jefferson working on the Irrigation.

A meeting over the Pave Drain was held today. Al from Pave Drain will Communicate with Rich from structure Point and Mike  from Lawson Fisher and have a recommendation to Reith Riley which will then present it to the City.

Reith Riley had a 9 man Concrete crew pouring the sidewalk on the west side of Saint Joe Street from Wayne to Jefferson.

Reith Riley had a 3 man prep crew working on the west side of Saint Joe from Wayne to Jefferson out ahead of the concrete crew. They then went to the North east and North west corners of Navarre and Michigan. Once that was completed they went down to division A and worked on punch list items.

Reith Riley had a 6 man brick crew working on the North West Corner of Wayne and Main and the North East corner of Wayne and Main.

Pemberton Davis has a 7 man crew working at the intersection of Colfax and Saint Joe Street on the South east and South West corners. They are also working on Saint Joe street on the street lights on the west side from Jefferson to Wayne street. 

Wisco has a 4 man crew working on the irrigation on the east side of Saint Joe from Jefferson to Wayne.
