Pemberton Davis worked on setting street lights from Navarre to bartlett on the east side of Michigan. They also worked on moving the controller cabinet at the intersection of Wayne and Main.

Michigan St. Lighting; installed light poles on east side between Navarre and Bartlett.
Main St. Lighting; installed light poles in several places 1@ Washington, 2@ Wayne, spliced all poles.
Main and Wayne; relocated controller cabinet to new foundation and removed temp signal cable, rewired cabinet. AEP removed existing power feed to controller cabinet before it was moved.

Pemberton Davis worked on setting street lights from Navarre to Just north of Bartlett on the east side of Michigan. They also reset the street lights on the west side of the Bartlett Round about.

Robert Henery worked on the south side of Western ave just west of Michigan. They also had a crew working in the drive to the water department on Bartleet Street just east of Michigan.

Main St. ; set 12' pedestal poles. 1@ Washington, 1@ Jefferson, 2@ Wayne. Set pedestrian signals/push buttons 2/1 @ Washington (SW), 2/1 @ Jefferson (SW), 4/2 @ Wayne (NW)&(SW).

Main and Wayne; installed signal cable around intersection.

Slussers was on site to straighten trees up.

Pemberton Davis worked on placing push ped foundations and walk wait foundations at Wayne and Main and at Washington and Main. They had a second crew working on splicing street lights on Michigan from LaSalle north to Marion. They then went and spliced street lights on the east side of Main Street from Wayne to Jefferson.

Pemberton Davis got the walk waits at Jefferson and Main Street working. They also worked on the walk waits on Washington and Main. They also had a crew working on pulling wire on the lights north of LaSalle on Main and on Michigan.

MLK lighting; pulling in more wire and splicing poles.
Main St. ; installed more handicap signs.
Main St. and Washington; removed existing mast arm, Signal heads, pedestrian signal heads,and signs. Relocated heads to new mast arm and controller cabinet to new foundation. Rewired cabinet and turned on signals and pedestrian signals.

Main and Jefferson; Spliced cabinet and turned on pedestrian signals.

Pemberton Davis had a crew working on pulling wire on the street lights on Main Street and Michigan from LaSalle to Marion. the crew went home after 4 hours due to the rain.

State Barricade is removing the Message Boards on Colfax and at the intersection of Saint Joe and South Street.

INDOT: Questions:

The permit for this project expires in March and needs to be extended; Roger will take care of that.

Stakeholder Questions: Larry asked about the crosswalk lights at Bartlett, tanner expects the parts in next week and hoping to have it fully functional the following week. Don’t forget the light pole at Bartlett and Main. When will all the lights from Marion North be done, end of February.

Pemberton Davis worked on the street lighting on Saint Joe Street from LaSalle to Colfax on the East side of the road they finished pouring the foundations. They also worked on getting the actuation working on South Street and Michigan that started working around 10:45 AM.

Reith Riley worked on setting the snow plow markers on Saint Joe Street.

No other work took place today.

Pemberton Davis continued to work at the intersection of Michigan and South Street. They hung the heads on the South Bound Mast arms and finished wiring the intersection. The City then inspected the work and the signal was activated around 3:30.

Pemberton Davis had a 7 man crew on site. They set the Tesco Cabinet and they moved the Controller Cabinet at the intersection of South an Michigan. They also strung new wire to up the strain poles.

AEP showed up and ran power to the new Tesco that was completed around 1:00 PM.

No other work took place today.
