2-1-2017

Pemberton Davis worked on South and Michigan. There were 7 employees on site placing conduit. 
AEP - came on site to disconnect power, scheduled for tomorrow 2/2/17 to supply power.
Toy V., Roger N. & Josh E. meet with Tanner & Phil from Pemberton Davis to understand what was anticipated in regards to the schedule of work at that intersection:::  
Subject to weather and/or power supply delays, the plan is as follows:
-Thursday 2/3/17;  AEP on site to supply power.
-Friday 2/4/17;  State Barricade will change message boards to “TRAFFIC SIGNAL ACTIVATED AT MICHIGAN & SOUTH”, place “Signal Ahead” signs on Michigan, Remove “Cross Traffic Doesn’t Stop” from stop signs on South, add 2-Stop Signs on Michigan.
-Friday 2/4/17; Pemberton will put intersection on 4-Way Stop Flash & program controller.
-Monday 2/6/17; Pemberton will activate signal during off-peak hours (1-3pm).

Phil @ Pemberton; "Michigan and South St. ; finished underground conduit, set a handhole on NW. Also installed cameras for east and west directions. Dug and poured pedestrian bases and Tesco. Poured one base at Main St. As well."
