Meeting Date:

ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED

9:00 AM Introductions/Sign in

The Weeks up Coming Events/Schedule
1. Reith Riley : Pemberton Davis will be focusing on the intersections of Main and Monroe and Main and Western Next week. They will move to Michigan and Western along with Michigan and Monroe the following week.  Around the 20th of March they will start back with a brick crew and Wisco will be back onsite, try to get Air Marking in and have Indiana earth in and working. The concrete crews will start back up the 3rd of April.
Utility Relocation Issues:
AEP:
1.       Power at Colfax and Saint Joe east side meter: After lengthy discussions with Mark Robinson of AEP over getting power and meters to the tescos. He emailed back later in the day and the meter will be placed at Colfax. It appears there is a disconnect with AEP and the building department, the building department is not getting AEP the proper forms for the new hook ups.

2.       Pole on Marion east of Michigan north side. Is the responsibility of the last utility on the pole, which was Comcast.
Robert Henry:
1.       Manhole lid at Main and LaSalle: Robert Henry not here today
Metronet:
 1.  WIFI on Saint Joe and Main Martell is working at Washington and Main. They can now work at Washington and MLK. 50 % of the antennas are up and working.
                Transpo
1.       Signs mounted to bike Path: I will get a cost to move the transpo signs to the brick area.

Utilities Q/A         Toy asked to have Martel take the Camera down at chase tower and return it to the City.

INDOT: Questions:    Indot had no questions

Stakeholder Questions: Larry asked about the cross walk at Bartlett. Tanner can not find the new controller shipped to him. He asked about the lights between Bartlett and Navarre, scheduled for the end of the Month.

Action Items
1.       Additional Asphalt Paving: The additional paving of Wayne and the riverside neighborhood was put on hold due to the pricing increase.

2.       Chase Tower sidewalk: the sidewalk around the chase tower will be available April 1 per Toy.

3.       Guardrail at underpass on Main Street.: I will contact Ryan from Structure Point and check on the status of the change order( he expects it to be done later today)

4.       Pave Drain low: Josh will compile the data that has been collected and the City will get together and will hold a meeting later next week on the subject.

5.       Majority Builders Sidewalk work: This is still in negotiations with City( Jitin is working on it)

6.       Landscape work: trees are being dug and Slusser plans to plant trees in April and the landscape flowers in May. They will fix the leaning trees in the downtown area by bracing them to the tree grate. They will put flagging on the wires to illuminate the trip hazard.

7.       Unsafe list: Reith Riley will address these issues if a real threat is current. They feel this is more of a list of work not completed.

Reith Riley Construction Concerns/Questions

Reith Riley needs to send pictures and a letter detailing Main Street Row damage caused by the building contractor. Pemberton Davis questioned the Bike signs, and is going to submit to me a new markup for consideration. I will talk with ED Gleckler on the placement of the MLK signage on Saint Joe Street

City Concerns/Questions:
The lighting under the viaducts will start as soon as the lights show up in a couple of weeks.
The City would like to see Pemberton Davis put more manpower on the job, due to the schedule not staying on time. Street ID signs will be placed once all underground work is completed.

 Next weekly progress meet 3-24-17
