Pemberton Davis worked on the intersection of Monroe and Main with a 6 man crew they hooked up the conduit for the new tesco. They dug the foundations for the new walk waits and ran conduit for the walk waits,

Reith Riley had 3 forman and 3 laborers cutting brick and placing them on the east side of Main street from Jefferson to Wayne.

Robert Henry helped get the power into the vault on main street between South and Monroe street on the west side of Main.

The Weeks up Coming Events/Schedule
1. Reith Riley: will work on the brick pavers on Main Street and then bring in a concrete crew starting next week and finish the sidewalk and ramps on Main Street first and then move to MLK. At the same time, Indiana earth will come in, work on removals on Main Street first, and then move to MLK.
                                2. Pemberton Davis: will be working on Monroe and Main today and Monday and on Monday they will fall back and finish western and main as soon as AEP get the power terminated to the old Tesco. They will then be done with main street traffic signals and move to Monroe and Michigan. Once on Michigan/MLK they will work from the South to the North.
Utility Relocation Issues:
AEP: 
1.       Disconnect power at Western and Main, This will take place on Monday
2.       Disconnect power at MLK and Jefferson, This will also take place Monday
3.       Disconnect power to MLK and Washington, This will take place on Monday
4.       Disconnect power to MLK and Colfax, This will take place on Friday with Phil coordinating with AEP.
Phil will make a list of the rest of the disconnects so Toy can get with AEP so that there will be less trouble in the future.
Robert Henry:
1.       Manhole lid at Main and LaSalle: Robert Henry is still looking for a Riser but a job may need to be let and have the whole structure raised.            
Metronet: 
1.       WIFI on Saint Joe and Main only to left Washington and Colfax- Martell is working on Washington today and will work on Colfax at the earliest next Friday due to the power at the corner.
                
                Transpo: is going to look at the bus timing to see if they can get out of their drive. Ryan Huebschman was up Friday and worked on the timings. He may have to come back again.

Utilities Q/A : AEP/ Aldridge will have Michigan closed from Wayne to western from 4-13 to 4-14

Stakeholder Questions: Memorial Hospital: Biggest concern at this time the Bartlett crosswalk being down

Action Items
1.       Colfax and Main Pole: Toy approved the pole, Tanner needs to get the anchor bolts, he will check with ED Gleckler, if ED doesn’t have them it will take around a week to get them in.

2.       Guardrail at underpass on Main Street. Rich Zielinski from structure point was up yesterday and they are working on it today and expect to have it to the city ASAP. Structure Point will check with the Railroad

3.       Pave Drain low: a meeting will be held on April 19th at 9am to discuss this further

4.       Majority Builders Sidewalk work; they have not returned Jitin’s emails. Jitin will continue to press the issue with them. Reith Riley needs to know asap in order to get the work done by June

5.       Chase tower still good to go April 1: Toy assured Reith Riley they would have the scaffolding out of the way and no overhead work would be taking place.

6.       Landscape work: Saint Joe irrigation was verbally approved, the trees in the downtown area need attention, Josh will get with the water department to get the meters installed for the Saint Joe irrigation.

7.       Pavement Marking Changes; Reith Riley is aware of the changes at Sample and Michigan. The City is going to resurface Wayne Street from so it can be temporarily painted. Green paint may be added to the bike path at the garage entrances on Main Street.

8.       Crosswalk at Bartlett: the base to the post that was struck is universal and can be changed out relatively ease. Work should take place sometime next week.


               
Reith Riley Construction Concerns/Questions

Reith Riley question how to detour traffic during the day while they are doing the work in front of the school building. This may need to wait until Colfax and main is completed.
