Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew that poured two approaches on the west side of Main St. between Madison and LaSalle on the west side and the South McDonald's approach on the east side of Michigan between Madison and Marion. They also poured the curb ramps at the northwest corner of the intersection of Main and LaSalle.

Indiana Earth continued removals on the east side of Michigan between Madison and LaSalle.They also worked on grading out the subase of the east side of Michigan between Marion and LaSalle.

Pemberton Davis was installing the base lights in the center of the Marion roundabout. They also worked on street lights on Main Street west side. 

WISSCO was working on irrigation on the west side of Michigan north of the Marion roundabout.

Air Markings painted temporary striping on Michigan St. from Angela to Marion and on Main St. from Marion to LaSalle and on Main from Bronson to Sample.

Reith Riley installed Pave Drain in the parking bay on the east side of Main St. North of Madison.

Reith Riley poured the 4' apron around the monument footing inside the Marion roundabout walls.

Zoilkowski placed the cap on the Marion Street Round about.

Rieth-Riley had a curb crew that poured curb on the east side of Michigan from the McDonald's approach to the drive in front of the field office.

Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew that poured sidewalk and curb ramps on the west side of Main from Madison to LaSalle. A second crew began installing Pave Drain on the west side of Michigan St. between Marion and Madison.

Pemberton Davis was working on lighting at the Bartlett roundabout and also running conduit on the south side of Marion east of Michigan.

Ziolkowski continued installing the wall caps on the Marion roundabout center walls. 

WISSCO was on site at the Bartlett roundabout working on irrigation.

Reith Riley prep crew worked on drives on the east side of Michigan from Marion to LaSalle. A second crew worked on placing pavers in the parking stalls on Michigan west side.

Rieth-Riley had an asphalt crew that paved surface on Main St. from just south of Marion to LaSalle. They also paved the Madison St approaches to Main St. In the afternoon they wedged remaining sections of the Bartlett garage approaches and paved surface on Bartlett St. east of Michigan.

A second Rieth-Riley asphalt crew paved the North Shore and Angela approaches on Michigan St. They then paved surface on the intersection of Main and Marion and the Scottish right drive

Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew that poured the lower apron of the Bartlett roundabout.

Reith Riley had a curb crew that worked on the west side of Main from Jefferson to Colfax.

Reith Riley had a prep crew grading out the 8's in the parking area on Michigan and on Main from LaSalle to Marion. A second crew worked on placing subgrade treatment on Main from bronson to South Street.
  A second Rieth-Riley concrete crew poured cycle track on the north side of Marion between Michigan and Main.

Ziolkowski was on site installing the wall caps on the concrete walls in the center of the Marion roundabout.

Pemberton Davis was working on lighting on Bartlett St. west of the roundabout. The also demolished the old handhole at the northeast corner of the intersection of Main and LaSalle.


Airmarking was on site laying out traffic markings from Marion to Angela on Michigan.

Wisco was on site working on the irrigation at Bartlett.

Rieth-RIley had two concrete crews, a curb crew, and two asphalt crews in the morning. 

The asphalt crews began paving surface pavement at the intersection of Main and Marion and on the east side of Main just south of Marion. 

The approaches to the Bartlett garage were milled and base was put back in. 

One of the concrete crews poured a section of sidewalk on the west side of Main between Madison and LaSalle.

Rain forced crews to stop work around 8 am and crews were sent home at 9:30.

Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew that poured the colored concrete for the splitter islands on the west and south sides of the Marion roundabout. Then they worked on setting the cages and doing prep work for the lower truck apron of the Bartlett roundabout.

A second Rieth-Riley crew poured sidewalk on the east side of Main between Madison and LaSalle.

JPR was on site staking the east side of Michigan from Madison to LaSalle for curb.

Woodruff worked on setting storm structures on the east side of Michigan south of the Marion roundabout.

Ziolkowski continued placing the brick veneer at the concrete walls in the center of the Marion roundabout and the wall caps are ready for installation.

Indiana Earth was removing pavement on the south side of Marion east of Michigan.

WISSCO was working on irrigation at the southeast quadrant of the Bartlett roundabout.

Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew that poured the upper apron of the Bartlett roundabout with colored concrete.
They then went to Marion and worked on the splitter island concrete to the East and to the North. 

A second Rieth-Riley concrete crew poured cycle track on the east side of Main between Madison and Marion and also on the west side of Main at the northwest corner of the Main and Marion intersection.

The Rieth-Riley curb crew poured the mountable curb around the center of the Bartlett roundabout.

Reith Riley fog sealed the asphalt from Marion to Angela.

Pemberton Davis worked on the lighting in the center of the Bartlett roundabout. They also worked on light pole foundations on the west side of Michigan between Madsion and Marion. 

Indiana Earth continued removals on the east side of Michigan between Madison and Marion. Traffic was shifted to the far west lane of Michigan and traffic now flows through the southeast quadrant of the Marion roundabout rather than through the temporary road.

Reith Riley had a prep crew cleaning from Bartlett to LaSalle. A second prep crew worked on excavating for the outer edge of the paver bands from Marion to LaSalle on Main Street. 

Wisco was on site at the Bartlett Roundabout working on irrigation. 

Slussers was on site and mowed the weeds at Bartlett.

Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew that poured cycle track on the east side of Main north of Madison. They also poured the north splitter island of the Marion roundabout and began forming for cycle track on the west side of Main south of Madison.

A second Rieth-Riley crew formed the upper apron of the Bartlett roundabout.They poured half of the upper ring concrete and they also poured the splitter island north of Marion on Michigan. 

Rieth-Riley also had a asphalt crew that paved the section of Marion directly east of the roundabout, as well as approaches on Michigan between Angela and Riverside. 

Ziolkowski continued placing the brick veneer for the roundabout walls in the Marion roundabout. 

WISSCO was on site at the Bartlett roundabout working on irrigation.

Pemberton Davis was working on lighting on the west side of Michigan between Marion and Madison.

Indiana Earth was grading for landscaping near both the Bartlett and Marion roundabouts.

Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew pouring cycle track on the south side of Marion and the east side of Main between Madison and Marion. Subbase was also placed in the sections of Main St. between LaSalle and Marion where PaveDrain is to be installed. A second crew worked on grading out the splitter islands at Marion,

Another Rieth-Riley concrete crew poured sidewalk at the northwest corner of the Marion roundabout and poured the colored concrete splitter islands of the Marion roundabout. 

Rieth-Riley also had a curb crew pouring curb on the west side of Main south of Western.


Ziolkowski continued placing the brick veneer on the Marion roundabout walls.

JPR was on site staking for curb on the west side of Main between Colfax and Washington.

Indiana Earth had a crew removing the east side of Michigan St. between LaSalle and Madison. They had a second crew placing top soil around the inner circle of the Bartlett Round About. They also worked in the down town area grading.

Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew which poured the two levels of curb in the center of the Bartlett roundabout. They also poured sidewalk near Blair Warner and the outer walls of the concrete stairs on the south side of Bartlett west of Michigan.

Reith Riley had a prep crew working on the splitter island subbase for the Marion Round About. a second crew worked on preping side walk on the Northeast corner of Marion and Michigan,

A second Rieth-Riley concrete crew worked on sidewalk on the north side of Marian west of the MarMain alley. 

Rieth-Riley had an asphalt crew which paved Main St. between Bronson and Sample. They also patched the west side of the intersection of Jefferson and Main.

Rieth-Riley's milling crew which milled Michigan and Main St. between Madison and LaSalle.

Pemberton Davis was installing bi-directional flashers and signal and light pole foundations on the west side of Main St. between LaSalle and Marion.

Robert Henry was working on an electric duct on the east side of Main between South and Monroe.

Ziolkowski continued laying bricks for the roundabout walls in the Marion roundabout. 

Indiana Earth was on site doing removals on the east side of Michigan between LaSalle and Marion.They also worked on grading out in the downtown area for headers and parking.

Wisco was on site working on the Bartlett round about area.

Reith Riley had a concrete crew pouring headers on Main Street between Madison and LaSalle on the west side. They then went to Michigan and poured headers on the west side between Madison and LaSalle. A second concrete crew was on site pouring side walk on the west side of Michigan between Navarre and Bartlett, They then worked on forming steps and side walk on the South East quad of Bartlett.

Robert Henry was on site adjusting Man hole lids on Michigan from LaSalle to Marion.

Reithe Rileys asphalt crew paved Michigan from Bartlet to Riverside. They then paved Michigan from Marion to Madison running a test strip. They then moved to South of Bronson and the timing of the rain and getting more mix they decided not to pave any more. they would have been in the intersection of Sample and Main at rush hour.

Reith Rily had a prep crew cleaning out in front of the paving operation.

Reith Rileys concrete crews poured the headers on the west side of Michigan from Marion to Lasalle. A second crew poured side walk from Bartlett to Navarre on Michigan. The curb crew poured miscellaneous concrete threw out due to the curb machine breaking down again. 

Indiana Earth worked on removals on Michigan east side from LaSalle to Madison. they also worked on placing stone at the inner circles of the Bartlett street on the round about. 

Zoilkowski worked on placing the brick on the Marion round about. 

Wisco worked on the irrigation on the interrior of the Bartlett round about.

Diamond cutting worked on sealing the joints at the Marion Round about.

     The upcoming week will see lane restrictions during the day on Main Street and Michigan from Bronson to Sample for Paving and Milling. Jefferson Street is to be Reopened Monday once the asphalt is placed.


Utility Relocation Issues:
Robert Henry
                                Robert Henry will look at the vault at Marion and Michigan once the meeting is over to determine how and when to do the work. They will be coordinating with Tony on the casting adjustments in the parking areas as needed. They will need to do lane restrictions on Monroe and Main to place a new vault. They will be completed with the work on LaSalle between Michigan and Main by the end of next week 8-27-16.
NIPSCO/InfraSource:   
                Nipsco has the gas line south of Bronson on Main lowered. They have the untoneable between Bronson and Sample on Main located. They are working on the gas valve at Bartlett that is buried under the sidewalk, that work should be complete by weeks end.

Comcast: 
      Comcast is looking into lowering the vault at Chippewa and Michigan North east Corner.

                AT&T: 
                      AT& T has a vault in the sidewalk north of Navarre that Tony is meeting with AT&T to get lowered

Water Dept.: 
                      The water dept, is working on adjusting castings to grade. They are also assisting in the
                12 in. water main duck under at Chippewa and Main.

Transpo:  No Issues

Metronet:    
     Metronet will be removing the downtown WIFI on Sept 9th if necessary as Pemberton Davis relocates stop lights that the WIFI is connected to. Pemberton Davis will be installing a new conduit on the East side of Main to support future Metronet. Metronet also requested at their expense a new conduit on the west side of Main from LaSalle to Marion. Metronet needs to get the line at LaSalle and Main North East corner relocated to the new handhole Pemberton Davis set.

INDOT: Questions
     INDOT questioned the asphalt paving and coordination with testing. That is happening.

Memorial
      The stop sign at Main and Bartlett had been knocked down. Pemberton Davis will fix it. Larry has not seen the revised landscape plans with the hospital signs incorporated. He reminded me of the tree on LaSalle that needs replaced. Larry was also concerned about pedestrian traffic at Bartlett and Michigan. He would also like for the cross walk Marion be cleaned.

JMS
     JMS will get Main St back to multiple lanes as soon as they get asphalt base to patch water line cut. They will have the vault backfilled the first of next week. They need to make sure they get passing density test.

Marriott
       They would like to use the lane that is closed off for storage until Reith Riley plans to bee in that area working on Saint Joe. They also would like the light signal foundation to be removed as soon as possible.

Action Item
1           Palmer down spout drains
It has been determined that the Palmer down spouts are causing the washout at the Northeast corner of Chippewa and Michigan. Reith riley will get the vactor truck in and do some more investigation to determine options. Toy is also going to communicate with Palmer.

2           Controller Cabinet Change Order
Structure Point is still working on getting the rest of the information Pemberton Davis needs. Once that information is obtained Pemberton Davis can get a price and order the material. The material will have at least a 8 week lead time.

3           Crosswalks on Side Streets
Reith Riley will try to get the cross walks back in as quickly as possible.

4           Clean up down town area
Reith riley will be working on clean up in the coming week.

6      Saigon Drive/cutting short
                      Due to the lack of curb heigth the owners of Saigon Market are worried about customers cutting the entrance short and driving into the new fence that is planned. One option suggested was placing a planter to deter drives. Myron will discuss this with Kevin.
               
7      Weeds on Bartlett
        Reith Riley is aware of the issue and will be addressing it shortly.

Reith Riley had a asphalt crew paving from North Shore to Angela.They stopped at 11 due to rain and restarted around 1 pm.

Reith Riley prep crew worked on prepping for headers on Main and Michigan from Lasalle to Marion.

The curb crew set string and waited out the rain and poured the curb from Park street to Riverside on Michigan. Another Concrete crew worked on pouring side walk at Bartlett South east quad and South West quad. A third concrete crew poured headers on Main from Marion to Madison. Then went to Bronson and poured pavement on the South end of Michigan to allow for asphalt paving to have a starting point.

Wisco worked on the Bartlett round about west half.

Indiana earth continued to grade the center colored concrete area at Bartlett, They also had a crew placing dirt in the Marion Round about. Another crew worked on the Main Street underpass. They saw cut for pavement removal on Michigan from Lasalle to Madison.

Hard Core was on site sawing the joints for sealing at Marion Round about.

Zolkowski worked on Laying brick at the Marion Round about.

Pemberton Davis worked on setting lights on Main Street from Madison to Michigan. They also worked on lighting at the Bartlett Round about.
