Controlling Operation Downtown: Removals
Controlling Operation Marion: Pipe Work
Controlling Operation Bartlett: Sub-Grade Treatment
Fraction of Day Workable: 10/10
Hi 81 Lo 54
Weather AM Sunny, Partly Cloudy PM Cloudy

Woodruff was laying storm pipe and structures in the Marian section on the east side of Michigan. Structures 149 and 150 were placed. Structure 150 needed to be lowered 1' from original design due to interference from existing electric duct. Structure 150A and pipe connecting it to Str. 150 will be placed next.

Rieth-Riley had a concrete crew which poured the outside southbound lane of Michigan St. between the Bartlett roundabout and the south end of the Bartlett section (Line CC Sta. 15+00 to Sta. 13+00). In the afternoon crews formed the center lane in the same section. After the center southbound lane is poured south of the roundabout, all pavement west of the roundabout center will be completed except for crosswalks. A concrete sidewalk was also poured out of the E. Blair Warner parking lot.

Indiana Earth continued grading on Marian and had a one man crew doing removals on the west side of Michigan between LaSalle and Colfax. A two-man crew removed guardrails at Bronson and Main under the railroad bridge. Indiana Earth is almost completely done with grading in the Bartlett section. 6" of concrete were taken off the top of the the concrete slab at the SE corner of the Bartlett roundabout so as to not interfere with new pavement and curb in that location.

Robert Henry was running conduit on the south side of Marian west of Main St.

Martell was working on the North side of Marian between Main and Michigan.

MetroNet will be conducting the first half of their splicing this evening, with the second half taking place tomorrow evening.

Met with INDOT, Natan Butts, Sara Ford and to discuss the QC/QA asphalt testing of Indots portion of the street scape area.
