Woodruff continued with storm pipe and structure work on the north side of the new Marian between Michigan and Main. The connection was made to Str. 237, which is an existing manhole in the middle of the intersection of Main and the old Marian. 

Rieth-Riley laid sub-base aggregate and set forms for the left lane of the northwest corner of the Bartlett roundabout connecting Michigan southbound with Bartlett westbound.  

Indiana Earth began grading on Marian,continued grading for the Bartlett roundabout, and laid topsoil on Bartlett west of Riverside. Indiana Earth also began removing an old storm line running north-south on the east side of Michigan north of Bartlett. Removals continued on the west side of Main St. under the railroad tracks at Bronson. 

Pemberton Davis laid conduit for lighting on Bartlett St. between Michigan and Main.

Wisco ran pipe from the northeast corner of the Bartlett roundabout to the center of the roundabout.

Robert Henry was on site at Bartlett and Michigan to protect the AEP line that was shown to be compromised once the pipe removal took place. 

Infrasource worked on Main street between Colfax and Jefferson to finish running a line on the East side while Reith Riley was scheduled to work on the West side, but they where not working in the area.
