Controlling Operation Marion: Removals
Controlling Operation Bartlett: Pipe Work
Fraction of Day Workable: 10/10
Hi 84 Lo 61
Weather AM Sunny PM Partly Cloudy

Reith-Reilly had a concrete crew pouring permeable pavement at three locations of previous approaches in the Memorial Hospital Purple Lot, located on the west side of Michigan between Madison and Marian.

Woodruff placed Str. 839B in the center of Michigan St. on the south side of Bartlett, and made the connection from 839 to 839B. Woodruff was attempting to make the connection between Str. 839B and Str. 824 on the south side of the Michigan and Bartlett intersection when they found a 30" concrete pipe that obstructs the required path. The plan moving forward is to run two 15"  PVC pipes under the 30" concrete pipe and over the 12" sewer line.

Indiana Earth  continued removals on Marian and Michigan, tearing out asphalt, brick, and concrete north of Madison. Indiana Earth also continued grading the area for the Bartlett roundabout and the intersection of Bartlett and Riverside.

Badger continued using the hydro-vac to dig the trench and lower the fiber optic line on the east side of Michigan. The trench had been completed, and the pipe lowered, from Bartlett  to approximately Park.

Pemberton Davis dug trenches to lay conduit for lighting and assisted Badger with the trench excavation for the Fiber Optic line.

Robert Henry was preparing to pour concrete for grates at the northeast corner of the Marian and Michigan intersection.

State Barricade provided all additional signage requested by Memorial Hospital, with the exception of one sign for the Bartlett Garage that was still being fabricated. All additional emergency room signage and signage for exiting 100 Navarre Place have been provided. The two message boards at Howard and Niles were removed as requested Tuesday afternoon, but were not present at the new locations requested (Colfax/St. Joseph and Chippewa/Main). State Barricade was contacted in the morning and in the afternoon about getting the message boards to the necessary locations. Finally, State Barricade was asked change the message board at the intersection of 933 and Angela to include, "No Truck Traffic". This change had not been made by the end of the work day.

State Barricade also closed to right two lanes on St. Joseph from Colfax to LaSalle.
