State Barricade was on site and opened the Bartlett and Marion round about's at 9:30 AM after the Mayors speech
Reith Riley had a prep crew grading from Bronson to South Street on Main.
Reith Riley had a concrete crew forming up on Main Street from Bronson to south Street. They had a second crew working on sidewalk on the east side of Michigan from Marion to Madison.
Reith Riley had a crew milling along the new curb line from LaSalle to Western on Main.
Wisco was working at Bartlett and Michigan South west quad.
Pemberton Davis was working on the North East and South East Quad of Marion and Michigan doing street lighting.
