Reith Riley had a concrete crew pouring the bicycle track from Jefferson to Wayne on the west side of Main. They had a second crew working on bicycle track from Colfax to LaSalle on the West side of Main. They also worked on the south west ramp of LaSalle and Main. A third concrete crew worked on the west side of main on side walk and Bicycle track between Colfax and Washington.

Reith Riley had a prep crew working on fine grading the ramps on the west side of Main at Colfax and Main and Jefferson and Main. They had a second crew placing pavers on Main between Lasalle and Madison and they also placed 8's between Washington and Colfax on the west side of Main.

Indiana Earth worked on removals on Main Street between Jefferson and Wayne on the east side of the road.
They had a second crew working on rough grading the east side of Main Street between South and Bronson and Bronson street east of Main.

Pemberton Davis worked at the intersection of Main and Bronson east side. They also worked at the intersection of Main and Washington pushing conduit. Colfax and Main setting tesco cabinet.

Wisco worked on the South west intersection of Main and Marion.

Slussers worked on the Bartlett intersection plantings.

Roger, Josh, Tony and Denis Bunch from AT@T met at the intersection of Jefferson and Main to go over how the AT@T duct Bank lines are very shallow and are covered with Concrete. Denis will get the concrete removed, that will take a month. Tony will get JPR to do some surveying to see if we can work around it .

The Weeks up Coming Events/Schedule
1.       Traffic Closure Updates
A.       Bronson and South Street- Work will continue in this area of Main Street. Reith Riley will try to get South Street open as soon as possible to allow Robert Henry to close Monroe and get that work done.
B.       Colfax/Jefferson/Washington/Wayne- These streets will be closed one at a time to the east of Main as pipe work requires. The plan is to start from the North and working to the South and only have one closed at a time.


Utility Relocation Issues:
AEP:  

Robert Henry: 
1.       Status- They are working on Michigan street south of Wayne. They cant complete their work on Main until South street is reopened.
2.       Vault at South West Corner of Monroe and Main-Robert Henry will look at the vault and adjust it when possible.

NIPSCO/InfraSource: No Show
            
Comcast: No Show 

                AT&T:      1. Alley on Main between Jefferson and Wayne- AT@T will let a contract to take the concrete down off the top of the conduit. I will meet with Denis bunch over the AT@T duck bank on the east side of Main Street between Jefferson and Colfax.

Water Dept- The water metering of the Marion and Michigan intersection Josh will set up a meeting with Wisco and get this worked out.

Transpo:     1. Center Curb on Main – Roger will check to see if the guardrail can be shortened; if it cannot be shortened, the curb will stay at its current location.
               
Metronet:     Metronet was removing the WIFI off the traffic signals on Main Street today.

INDOT: Questions:   

Stakeholder Questions: Larry Lies had concerns over
1.       The area behind the Bartlett garage area lacking topsoil and sod.
2.       On Michigan a manhole south of Navarre on the west side in the sidewalk.
3.       The crosswalk signs at Bartlett/ Pemberton Davis is working on that they need a new power supply pack.
4.       The intersection of Bartlett and Main getting the stop sign and street light fixed on the North West corner.
5.       Type three barricades and signs left on Bartlett Street.
6.       No Parking signs still up on Lafayette
7.       He also had concerns over the safety of people cross Marion Street near the roundabout.

1           Upcoming work for the week
Reith riley plans to concentrate on Main Street east side drainage, curb and removals. West side Bike path, streetlights and cross walks. On Main Street between Bronson and south guardrail, sealing joints, sidewalk and drives
2           Hawk signal Activation
Once the signs are placed, temporary stop bar are placed and the Hawk signals are all placed facing south, the message board is changed. The hawk signal can be activated and Broadway traffic signal terminated.
3           Cross Walks
Reith Riley needs to keep cross walks in working order for cross traffic.
4           Corner of LaSalle/ Mich
Still waiting on structure point redesign.
5           Signs/ status        
The ID signs still need to be redesigned for Bartlett and Marion, if the redesign is not completed by the end of the workday. Pemberton Davis is directed to order the signs and they will be replaced with the proper signs at a later date.
6           Paver ban change order
Is still in Structure Points hands
7           Lighting
Needs to be in place in the downtown areas west side of main before the lights on the east side are removed.
8           Oct. 15 expectations
To have everything done from curb to curb on Main street, sidewalk and crosswalks in a condition pedestrians can use. Lighting in such a fashion that it is safe for pedestrians.  
9           Main to Bronson Guardrail/sidewalk
This area will be done per plan.
10       Overhead sign on Main south of LaSalle in bike path.
The Monotube needs to be removed south of LaSalle on Main Street.
                                         
Reith Riley Construction Concerns/Questions:

A meeting will be set up to discuss the flipping of traffic signal poles on Main Street.

City Concerns/Questions:

Angela Blvd and Michigan, North Shore and Michigan, when will the actuation be installed. This will take a while due to the detector housings have been milled off at Angela and the pucks are on order for North Shore.
