Rain came in at around 11 am causing issues with traffic Markings.
Reith Riley doesn't want to sign any more change orders with out getting time extensions.

Reith Riley had a 8 man concrete crew working on tying any miscellaneous areas in on Michigan and MLK.

Reith Riley had a 3 man prep crew working on cleaning up on MLK 

Reith Riley had a 6 man brick crew working on MLK from Washington to Jefferson on the east and west sides.

Indiana Earth worked on placing top soil on the east side of MLK from Wayne to Colfax.

Pemberton Davis had a 7 man crew working on detector housings on main street at Jefferson, Washington and Colfax.

Pemberton Davis had a 2 man crew painting Mast arms on Michigan and MLK

Airmarking had a 3 man crew working on main street placing the green thermo from Wayne to LaSalle on the east side.

Airmarking had a 3 man detail crew working on cross walks and stop bars on Michigan.

Airmarking had a 2 man crew working on removals at Sample.

Airmarking had a 3 man long line crew working on Sample and Michigan and various other areas.
