Reith Riley had and 8 man concrete crew working at the South West intersection of Washington and MlK
They then went to the South West corner of Main and Western.
Reith Riley had a 6 man brick crew working on the west side of MLK from Colfax to Washington
Air Marking had a detail crew working on the bike path from Wayne Street to Marion on the East side of MLK.They had a second 3 man crew working on cross walks at Wayne and MLK and Western and MLK
Pemberton Davis had a 7 man crew woking at the intersection of Indiana and Main hooking up the electric.
They then went to work on placing conduit at Monroe and Michigan

Events/Schedule
1.
Rieth Riley Plans on closing Main St. between
South and Bronson Street on May 15 to do the guardrail and concrete work in
that area. They will continue to work on brick and miscellaneous concrete work,
bike racks, benches, etc. They wil place the surface on the parking lot north
of McDonalds, Air Marking will continue
to work on Markings, Indiana earth will work on topsoil and Slusser will be in
working on landscape.
2.
Pemberton Davis: will work on Detector houses on
Main Street from Madison to Colfax. The loop cutting will resume later in the
week and the painting of mast arms will continue on Main Street working north
to south. They will be placing the under the bridges for the railroad.
Utility Relocation Issues:
AEP:
1.
Power at Western and Michigan AEP was not at the
meeting.

Power at Monroe and Michigan

Both Bronson Streets

Michigan and Indiana
Robert Henry: Will no longer be on site, there work is completed,
if they are needed just call them.
Metronet: not at meeting
Transpo : Transpo was informed of the
upcoming closure on Main Street.

Action Items
1.
Guardrail Change order Will be processed
with no time extension language since the work will be completed before June
2.
Thermo detection Change order: Materials
are not expected until mid-June. The City either will by the materials or
consider doing the time extension at the end of May.
3.
Pave drain: Rieth Riley was expecting only
one option from Structure Point, which was to come from D2, but was provided
four. The City is expecting Reith Riley get with D2 to come up with a solution
4.
Chase Tower: The City would like to have
the ramps poured and the traffic signal work done on that corner. This is all
dependent on when the space will be available
5.
Signs: need to be installed for the
railroad and other places, this should start next week. The bike path signs we
not have the city logo placed on them.
6.
EM-net (sewer) at LaSalle and MLK: Josh
will set up a meeting to find out exactly what needs to be done

Fiddlers needs to have 4 bike racks placed
just south of the building.
Another Stain color for the bike path needs
to be picked out.
The drains on main street need to be
cleaned out especially the one south of Colfax on the east side of Main street.
The bump just north of north shore at 933
Michigan needs addressed.
The sidewalk at the church just north of
LaSalle on Main Street will need to be changed out to a ramp.
Toy will need to get Main Street row blocks
fixed due to the damage by construction.
