Reith Riley had a crew on site paving the approaches to the west side of Main Street from Bronson to Jefferson. They then went and worked on the patches for Robert Henry.

Reith Riley had a prep crew moving the tree grate boxes on the east and west side of Main per Mike Divita. A second crew worked grading out on Saint joe Street on the west side between the Moris and LaSlle street. 

Wisco worked on the east side of Michigan between Madison and Marion.

Reith Riley had a concrete crew working on the west side of Main north of Jeferson doing cycle track a second crew worked on the east side of Main north of Wayne. A third crew worked on the east side of main doing cycle track between Wayne and Washington.

Woodruff worked on structure 164 at the intersection of Washington and Main. This structure is complete.

Pemberton Davis worked on setting light pole foundations on the east side of Main street from Western to Jefferson. They also worked on strain pole foundations on Saint Joe from Wayne to LaSalle.

Air Marking worked on placing the detail work on Michigan and Main from Ewing to Sample. They also laid out and striped from Western to Sample on Michigan. They also worked on the line removal into the downtown area from Lafayette to Saint Joe and LaSalle to western.

Slussers did lay out for trees on Bartlett and Marion.
