Utilities Q/A
INDOT: Questions:
Stakeholder
Questions: The hospital asked about a walkway from their parking lot east
of Michigan. Rieth-Riley put one in near the Marion roundabout crosswalk but
they would like one further north for people heading to Navarre. They also had
questions about the pedestrian signs north of Bartlett and putting the signs
laying on the ground back up. They worried about the drop off on the edges of
the sidewalk, but sod should be in everywhere from LaSalle north this year.

Concerns/Questions:
City
Concerns/Questions: The city wants to make sure the century center is
accessible through the winter, with walks at Jefferson and Washington. They
would also like the curb ramps that have been torn out for months filled in at
Western and Monroe/Michigan. Rieth-Riley will work with Pemberton Davis, and
have them finish work in the ones that need the least done in order to be able
to pour the most curb ramps possible before winter.
The order decided on for installing traffic signals is to do
Jefferson/St. Joe, then LaSalle/Main and LaSalle/Lafayette, then Washington/St.
Joe
