Reith Riley had a concrete crew finish the cycle track on the east side of Main Street between Wayne and western . A Second crew worked on the South East corner of Wayne and Main. A third crew worked on the the parking stall on the east side of Michigan between LaSalle and Madison.
Reith Riley had two prep crews working on the east side of Main Street placing stone for the bricks that go between the sidewalk and curb.
Reith Riley had a milling crew come in and start milling around casting and valve boxes on the east side of Saint Joe between LaSalle and Western
Woodruff had a crew placing structures on the east side of Saint Joe between Jefferson and Washington.
Indiana Earth had 2 crews working on removals on the east side of Saint Joe one crew worked between Colfax and Washington and the second between Jefferson and Wayne.
Pemberton Davis worked on setting the foundations for the strain poles at the corner of LaSalle and Saint Joe Street.
Slussers was in and planting trees on Bartlett street from Main to Michigan.
Wisco had guys working on the south east corner of Marion and Michigan.

Monday Main and Washington resurface Main and Monroe minor delays due to
resurface/ LaSalle and Lafayette Late week

Continue to work south on Michigan. Concrete will be fully patched come
spring/partial patch for winter

LaSalle and Lafayette paved later in week. Leighton plaza brickwork this week,
also need patch work at Colfax and Washington, also need work at Wayne and
Michigan going to wait until Robert henry done.

Water preventers need to have covers put on them. Barricades in the parking lot
will be removed today. Larry would like a set of landscape plans for Bartlett.
Reith Riley will work on getting A-1 to stripe the parking lots.
Main Street Row: did
not show but was determined they need to wait until the brick is placed next
week.

Upcoming
work for the week: continue to work on Main street placing brick between the
curb and cycle track. Work on sidewalk as available and work on street
lighting. Work on stripping the side streets. On Saint Joe finish drainage
structures, place the curb on the east side and resurface the east side.
Continue landscaping to the north.

ready for Winter/expectations: work as long as they can until they have to
cover the concrete.

The extra pave drain mats will be sent to organic resources.
Guardrail at the bridge a decision is still pending.

Concerns/Questions: It was decided to open Saint Joe to two way traffic on
Nov 23rd due to the strain
poles coming in so late and it would allow for the side streets of Jefferson
and Washington to be completed
