Rieth-Riley crews did not pour any concrete in Division B. The only Rieth-Riley crew in Division B arrived at Main and Bronson at 2:30 pm and began setting forms on the west side of Main south of the railroad bridge.

Woodruff completed storm structure and pipe work at the intersection of Main and Western.

Pemberton Davis placed two mast arm foundations: one at the northwest corner of Main and Colfax and another on the southwest corner of Main and Western.

Indiana Earth was removing pavement on the west side of Main St. just north of Washington.

Ziolkowski was on site removing bracing from the Bartlett wall formwork and setting up to begin work at the Marian roundabout.
