Reith Riley had a concrete crew work on pouring the North East and South west corner of Michigan and western. A second crew worked on miscellaneous pours through out the job all the way to Angela. 

Reith Riley had a brick cutting crew working on the west side of main from Wayne to Western. a stone crew worked the east side of main between Jefferson to Washington. A brick laying crew worked the east side of Main from Jefferson to Washington.

Indiana earth worked on cutting out from LaSalle to Madison on the east side of Michigan for brick. They then cleaned up South of LaSalle on Saint Joe on the east side.

Slussers placed sod on Main Street from Madison to LaSalle on the east and west side. They then worked on Michigan from LaSalle to Marion on the east and west side of the road.

Pemberton Davis poured the foundations on the east side of Saint Joe at Jefferson. They also worked on the conduit at western and Main South west corner.

Air Marking was on site and did removals at western and Main on Lafayette and LaSalle they also did removals on sample east of Main.

The Weeks up Coming Events/Schedule
1.       Traffic Closure Updates: Crews will just be closing a lane where they are working and putting out barrels to direct traffic around them. Pemberton Davis will be closing Washington Street when they do signal work there for safety.

Utility Relocation Issues:
AEP:   Was not at the meeting

Robert Henry: Was not at the meeting
1.       Michigan St. will be open by 4pm today for the weekend and will close again on Monday.
2.       Vault at Main and Washington S/E  Corner

NIPSCO/InfraSource:   Was not at the meeting

Water Dept:   Had questions about snow removal at their office on Main and Colfax. Everything should be fine, and they were asked to keep the salt use to a minimum

Transpo:    Asked about light timing, which will be an ongoing process and when the traffic signal at Michigan and South street will be in. Hopefully by Christmas.
               
Metronet:  Was not at the meetin
 1.  WIFI  on Saint Joe and Main. Nothing has been done with this yet.
                 

Utilities Q/A:  Grinding and striping was brought up on Sample St. which should be happening today. 311 also asked about left turn lanes on Sample to turn onto Michigan and Main streets. This has to happen through INDOT though because it is a state highway.

INDOT: Questions:   

Stakeholder Questions: The signs on Michigan by Angela heading south that say the road is open to the hospital can now come down. The hospital asked when the railings for the stairs and gate for dumpster pad are going in. Measurements have been taken and they are being fabricated off site. The no parking signs on Bartlett are to be put back up. The hospital also wanted to know when the striping for the parking garage entrance will be done, which may not happen until spring. They also asked to check if the project has outlets going in next to the trees for Christmas lights.

Action Items
               
1             Upcoming work for the week: Brick pavers on Main St. and curb ramps on St Joe/Michigan. Pemberton Davis will be working on traffic signals.
2             Western and Main South West Corner: Will start on Monday, should be done by Wednesday
3             Scheduled \opening
     A. Traffic Signals Jefferson\Washington: Beginning work on Jefferson on Wednesday, and Washington right after that. They will be closing Washington between Michigan and St. Joe while working on the intersection.
     B. Markings: Trying to get in the most important ones before winter.
4             Chippewa walk trough/ Traffic signal work: The walk through will be Wednesday Dec. 7th from 1-3pm. Meeting in the Palmer funeral home parking lot
5             Snow Flags have been ordered and are at the border waiting to come through customs.
6             Main Street Bridge lighting: Pemberton Davis will have a quote in today and once it is approved will order the lights and install them as soon as they come in. One to two day project, and will have a separate service crew installing them.
7             Getting ready for Winter/expectations
A.      Cross walks: Hope to have one concrete one in at each intersection. Will keep working on them and temporarily fill with stone any that don’t get poured before winter.
B.      Clean Man Holes: On the list of things to do
C.      Temp Tape removal on the list of things to do
D.      Behind curb drop-offs
E.       Signs on 31 will be taken care of. Didn’t take them down this week because of concerns of getting stuck in the ditch with how rainy it has been.
       
Reith Riley Construction Concerns/Questions: Will need access to the area in front of the Chase tower and the new Marriott hotel by May 1st in order to complete everything by June 1st

City Concerns/Questions:  Made sure that Pemberton Davis will work on getting street lights up on one side of St. Joe before finishing the second side of Main St.
