Pemberton Davis worked on the traffic signal at Washington and Martin Luther King drive they set the signal heads and wired it. They turned it on at around 3:00 Pm. Pemberton Davis also worked on the walk/waits on the intersection of Colfax and Martin Luther King.

Wednesday 3-8

    MLK and Washington; finished installing overhead spans. Pulled in signal cable, set signal heads. Spliced cabinet and disconnects. Turned signals on at 2:50pm. Ran a 3c#8 overhead to feed power to lights in front of old H of F building.

Pemberton Davis worked on pulling wire on the west side of Saint Joe from Washington Street South. They also worked on the actuation on the intersection of Washington and Saint Joe/ MLK and getting the walk waits working. 

Thursday 3-9-17
    MLK and Washington; finished splicing cabinet, programed cameras , reset signs on spans , pulled in lighting cable in front of old H of F building and spliced poles. 

    Main St. Lighting; installed lighting cable at Washington, then between LaSalle and Madison.

Pemberton Davis worked on the intersection of Washington and Martin Luther King Drive placing the camera Arms and walk waits. The intersection should be operational by Wednesday evening.

    MLK and Washington; set spans, luminarie arms with cameras, removed mast arm foundations 2 on NW, 1 on NE. Set pedestrian signals and push buttons. 

   Mar Main area; set signs at parking area.

Pemberton Davis is working on setting the strain poles at Jefferson and Martin Luther King Drive. They are also working on putting up the tethers and camera arms.

   MLK and Washington; installed new Strain poles and pulled up overhead spans. Set a handhole by controller cabinet. Installed underground conduit in same area. Set light poles in front of old H of F building.

Pemberton Davis worked on placing conduit to the light foundations on the west side of Saint Joe between Washington and Jefferson. They set the Tesco and traffic controller cabinet at the intersection of Washington. They also checked the street lights on Saint Joe South of LaSalle and on the east side of Main between Wayne and Jefferson.

    MLK and Washington; set new controller cabinet and Tesco. Installed conduit for lighting in front of old H of F building. Drilled and poured last strain pole foundation. 
    Main and South; turned on pedestrian signals. 

    Main and Wayne ; turned on pedestrian signals and push buttons.

Pemberton Davis worked on putting in the Foundations for the traffic lights on the south west and North west corner of Washington and Saint Joe. They also worked on street light foundations between Washington and Jefferson on the west side of the road. They also poured the foundations for the traffic signal Cabinet and Tesco at the corner of Washington and Saint Joe. South east corner.

Pemberton Davis worked on the foundations for the strain poles at the intersection of Washington and Saint Joe. The also worked on the foundations for the street lights on Main from Wayne to Western.

    MLK and Washington; removed all signal equipment / signs around intersection. Potholed at all strain pole foundations. Drilled and poured foundation on NE corner. 

State Barricade was on site to close Washington between Saint Joe and Michigan.

Signs at Chippewa got knocked down over night.
