2-1-2017

Pemberton Davis worked on South and Michigan. There were 7 employees on site placing conduit. 
AEP - came on site to disconnect power, scheduled for tomorrow 2/2/17 to supply power.
Toy V., Roger N. & Josh E. meet with Tanner & Phil from Pemberton Davis to understand what was anticipated in regards to the schedule of work at that intersection:::  
Subject to weather and/or power supply delays, the plan is as follows:
-Thursday 2/3/17;  AEP on site to supply power.
-Friday 2/4/17;  State Barricade will change message boards to “TRAFFIC SIGNAL ACTIVATED AT MICHIGAN & SOUTH”, place “Signal Ahead” signs on Michigan, Remove “Cross Traffic Doesn’t Stop” from stop signs on South, add 2-Stop Signs on Michigan.
-Friday 2/4/17; Pemberton will put intersection on 4-Way Stop Flash & program controller.
-Monday 2/6/17; Pemberton will activate signal during off-peak hours (1-3pm).

There were 7 employees on site that were hand digging and placing conduit.

Pemberton Davis worked at the intersection of south and Michigan. They will have to place new handholes and rewire the intersection. Pemberton Davis whole crew worked at the intersection due to the weather.

Pemberton Davis worked on the intersection of Jefferson and Saint Joe Street and got the Actuation going, they also worked on the street lighting on the east side of Saint Joe between Wayne and Jefferson.

The hand railing was installed at the Hospital today. 

Phil @ Pemberton; "MLK Blvd lighting; splicing poles. MLK and Jefferson; spliced new cabinet,Set more pedestrian signals and push buttons, remove old pedestrian signals. TCC programmed cameras and turned signals back on."

Pemberton Davis worked on pulling wire for the street lights on the east side of Saint Joe from Colfax to LaSalle and on Saint Joe from Wayne to Washington on the east side. They also finished setting the poles on the east side of Saint Joe from Wayne to Jefferson.

No other work took place today.

Pemberton Davis worked on the lighting for Saint Joe Street between Colfax and LaSalle on the east side of the road. They also worked on the intersection of Jefferson and Main getting the walk waits assembled.

Pemberton Davis worked on the conduit for the lighting on Saint Joe from Wayne to Jefferson with a 3 man crew. They also worked on the traffic signal at Western and Main a truck hit the pole on the North west corner and forced them to get a pole from the City.

Robert Henry finished the work on Main Street for the AEP vault in front of TCU. The sidewalk is now open in that area.

I Met with Kara Boyles and Toy to bring her up to speed on the projects progress.

No other work took place today.


From Phil @ Pemberton; "MLK Blvd lighting; conduit runs north of Wayne to Jefferson. Also set pedestrian pole on SE corner at MLK and Jefferson. 
We also had a knock down signal pole at Western and Main that we had to replace and turn signals back on."
