Reith Riley had a concrete crew working on the South east and North east corner of Colfax and Saint Joe they poured the curb and pavement at these corners. A second crew worked on pouring cycle track on the east side of Saint Joe between Colfax and LaSalle on the east side they also poured a small piece around the AEP manhole on the west side of Saint Joe.

Reith Riley had a prep crew working on the cycle track on the South side of LaSalle just east of saint Joe. A second crew worked on placing stone on the west side of Main Street between Wayne and Jefferson. A third crew placed brick on the west side of main between Wayne and Washington.  

Pemberton Davis worked on setting the Tesco and Signal cabinets at the intersection of Colfax and LaSalle on Saint Joe Street. They also set light foundations on the east side of saint Joe between Colfax and LaSalle, 

WISCO worked on the irrigation on main Street between Madison and LaSalle on the west side.

Air Marking had a crew laying out and doing removals on the side streets. A second crew worked on the details on saint Joe between Marion and Bronson.

A car hit 2 light poles and 4 tree grate boxes on the west side of Main Street between Jefferson and Wayne.

Reith Riley had a concrete crew working on pouring cycle track on the east side of saint Joe from Colfax to LaSalle. A second crew finshed pouring cycle track on the east side of saint Joe from Washington to Colfax.

Reith Riley had a prep crew working on the west side of Main street placing decorative brick between Wayne and Washington.

Wisco worked on the irrigation between Madison and LaSalle on the east side of Michigan.

Pemberton Davis worked on the intersection of Monroe and Michigan, they also worked on pouring light pole foundations between LaSalle and Wayne on the east side of saint Joe.   

Airr marking was on site working on Saint Joe, LaSalle and colfax, until the truck broke down around 1:00pm. A second crew worked on lay out and a third crew worked on detail work.

1.       Traffic Closure Updates
A.       Saint Joe will open from Western to Sample on Tuesday, and LaSalle to Western Wednesday afternoon (11-23-16). The traffic signal at Bronson and Main won’t start until Dec. 1st.

Utility Relocation Issues:
AEP:        Jefferson and Michigan will be open for the weekend, and then closed again Monday-Wednesday. After Wednesday only southbound Michigan between Jefferson and Wayne will be closed.

Robert Henry:
1.       Washington and Michigan is done and paved.
2.       Vault LaSalle and Michigan N/W Corner has been approved to work on, will coordinate time with Rieth-Riley
3.       Vault at Main and Washington S/E  Corner work will begin the 2nd week in December and be done the 1st week in January
4.       Casting west side of Saint Joe by Morris is done.

INDOT: Questions:   

Stakeholder Questions: The hospital asked about a walkway from their parking lot east of Michigan. Rieth-Riley put one in near the Marion roundabout crosswalk but they would like one further north for people heading to Navarre. They also had questions about the pedestrian signs north of Bartlett and putting the signs laying on the ground back up. They worried about the drop off on the edges of the sidewalk, but sod should be in everywhere from LaSalle north this year.

1             Upcoming work for the week: Decorative brick along Main St. pouring sidewalk and opening St. Joe to two way traffic
2             Western And Main South West Corner: JPR will lay it out

     A. Traffic Signals- Colfax and LaSalle today and tomorrow
     B. Markings- St Joe will hopefully be done by the end of the day.
4             Chippewa walk trough/ Traffic signal work: 30 mph signs in today, walk through first week in December
5             Snow Flags- Will take a couple weeks to order, will come up with a count
6             Landscape Sod and Trees- North of LaSalle will be done this year, trees down Main St. may be questionable to get in this year.
7             Main Street Bridge lighting- Pemberton Davis to get a quote next week. Will not do the work until bridge is no longer populated by homeless people for safety concerns.
8             Getting ready for Winter/expectations
A.      Cross walks- One concrete crew will be staying onboard as long as the weather holds out to continue getting as many curb ramps in as they can before winter.
B.      Clean Man Holes- before winter
C.      Temp Tape- to be removed
D.      Behind curb drop-offs- Stone and 8’s will be in so it will only be around a 4 inch drop. Fiberglass markers will be put up to show where the drops are for vehicles plowing the sidewalk and cycle track.
E.       Planters at the court house- DTSB to move
Reith Riley Construction Concerns/Questions:

City Concerns/Questions: The city wants to make sure the century center is accessible through the winter, with walks at Jefferson and Washington. They would also like the curb ramps that have been torn out for months filled in at Western and Monroe/Michigan. Rieth-Riley will work with Pemberton Davis, and have them finish work in the ones that need the least done in order to be able to pour the most curb ramps possible before winter.

The order decided on for installing traffic signals is to do Jefferson/St. Joe, then LaSalle/Main and LaSalle/Lafayette, then Washington/St. Joe

Reith Riley had a concrete crew finish the cycle track between Wayne and Jefferson on the east side of Saint Joe. A second crew worked on finishing the cycle track between Washington and Jefferson on the east side of Saint Joe. A third crew worked on the cycle track on the east side of Saint Joe between Colfax and LaSalle. 

Reith Riley had a prep crew working on the east side of Michigan between LaSalle and Madison. A second crew worked on Main Street placing decorative brick and stone chips and sanding in the brick.

Indiana earth had a crew on Saint Joe removing foundations between Wayne and LaSalle on the east side of the road. A second crew worked on the east side of Main Street placing 53s for the decorative brick.

Air marking had 3 crews on site, one crew worked on doing the layout on Saint Joe from Sample to Marion. A second crew worked on stripping the long lines on saint Joe. the third crew worked on the detail work on Saint Joe. Airmarkings long line truck broke down at noon.

Pemberton Davis worked on setting the poles on the South West corner of Western and Saint Joe. They then moved to the corner of LaSalle and Saint Joe and worked on Hangers and disconnects. They also worked at the North east corner of Colfax and Saint Joe placing conduit and handhole. They also dug the foundations for the poles at the intersection of Wayne and Saint Joe.

Reith Riley had a concrete crew pouring cycle track on the east side of Michigan just North of LaSalle. A second crew worked on cycle track just south of Jefferson on the east side of saint Joe. A Third crew worked on Cycle track between Jefferson and Washington on the east side of Saint Joe.

Reith Riley had a prep crew grading out for sidewalk on the east side of Saint Joe between Colfax and LaSalle. A second crew worked on placing brick on Main street between Colfax and Jefferson on the west side of the road. 

Indiana Earth worked on removing foundations on the east side of Saint Joe between Wayne and LaSalle. A second crew worked on placing dirt in the islands on saint Joe between Wayne an LaSalle.

Wisco worked on the irrigation between Washington and Colfax on the east side of Saint Joe.

Zoilkowski worked on rubbing out Marion Roundabout and the Bartlett Roundabout.

Pemberton Davis worked over night on the intersection of Colfax and Main swapping out cabinets and removing poles. Then during the day they worked on removing all the poles at Colfax and Saint Joe.

Reith Riley had a concrete crew working on placing the Herringbone brick on the west side of Main street between LaSalle and Washington. A prep crew worked out in front of them grading out the number 12 aggregate base. 

Reith Riley had an Asphalt crew on site paving at the intersection of LaSalle and saint Joe. They also did some miscellaneous work on the side streets patching. 

Reith Riley had a Concrete crew working on the Cycle track between Jefferson and Wayne on the east side of Saint Joe. A second crew worked on Cycle track between Washington and Jefferson on the east side of Saint Joe.

Indiana Earth worked on grading out for side walk on the east side of Saint Joe between Wayne and Jefferson. They also had a crew working on placing 53 base for the herringbone on the east side of Main street from Colfax to LaSalle.

Zoilkowski was on site rubbing out the Bartlett round about. 

Pemberton Davis was working on placing the heads on the intersection of Colfax and Saint Joe. They also placed conduit on the east side of saint Joe between Washington and Colfax.

Reith Riley had a crew on main street placing brick on the west side between LaSalle and Washington. A second crew worked on prepping the stone in front of the brick.

Pemberton Davis is working on the signal at the intersecton of Bronson and Michigan. they then moved to the intersection of Saint Joe and Colfax.
