Reith Riley had a 9 man concrete crew pour the South West and South east corners of South Street and Michigan. once the concrete was poured a brief rain came and they had to refinish the side walk. They then moved to the South west corner of Washington and MLK and the South East Corner of MLK.

Reith Riley had a second crew working on the brick and stone on the South West corner of Main and Washington. 

Wisco worked on the east side of MLK between LaSalle and Colfax with a 5 man crew 

Pemberton Davis worked on the intersection of Wayne and MLK placing conduit and foundations on the North West, North East and South East corners. They also worked on the South West corner of Western and MLK.
