Pemberton Davis worked on street lighting on the east and west side of Saint Joe. They assembled and set the lights from Jefferson to Colfax on Saint Joe and the 2 just north of Jefferson on the east side of Saint Joe. 

No Other work took place today.

Pemberton Davis worked on pulling wire and setting lights on Saint Joe Street from Colfax to Jefferson on the east and west side of the street.

Pemberton Davis worked on the street lighting on Saint Joe Street from LaSalle to Colfax on the East side of the road they finished pouring the foundations. They also worked on getting the actuation working on South Street and Michigan that started working around 10:45 AM.

Reith Riley worked on setting the snow plow markers on Saint Joe Street.

No other work took place today.

Pemberton Davis continued to work at the intersection of Michigan and South Street. They hung the heads on the South Bound Mast arms and finished wiring the intersection. The City then inspected the work and the signal was activated around 3:30. 

Phil @ Pemberton; "Michigan and South St. ; set SB signal heads, had to cover heads. Spliced poles and cabinet. Removed all bags and turned signals on at 3:15 pm. 
Main and South St. ; removed existing pedestrian signals and installed new pedestrian signals and push buttons."

Pemberton Davis had a 7 man crew on site. They set the Tesco Cabinet and they moved the Controller Cabinet at the intersection of South an Michigan. They also strung new wire to up the strain poles. 

AEP showed up and ran power to the new Tesco that was completed around 1:00 PM. 

No other work took place today.

Phil @ Pemberton; "Michigan and South St. ; set pedestrian poles around intersection along with pedestrian signals and push buttons. Installed signal cable around the intersection and in SB mast arm. Set new signal cabinet and Tesco. Installed 3" and 1" conduit at Tesco cabinet."

Pemberton Davis worked on South and Michigan. There were 7 employees on site placing conduit. 
AEP - came on site to disconnect power, scheduled for tomorrow 2/2/17 to supply power.
Toy V., Roger N. & Josh E. meet with Tanner & Phil from Pemberton Davis to understand what was anticipated in regards to the schedule of work at that intersection:::  
Subject to weather and/or power supply delays, the plan is as follows:
-Thursday 2/3/17;  AEP on site to supply power.
-Friday 2/4/17;  State Barricade will change message boards to “TRAFFIC SIGNAL ACTIVATED AT MICHIGAN & SOUTH”, place “Signal Ahead” signs on Michigan, Remove “Cross Traffic Doesn’t Stop” from stop signs on South, add 2-Stop Signs on Michigan.
-Friday 2/4/17; Pemberton will put intersection on 4-Way Stop Flash & program controller.
-Monday 2/6/17; Pemberton will activate signal during off-peak hours (1-3pm).
